Job Description

AffiliateManager.com is the 2016 Agency of the Year Affiliate Summit Pinnacle Award winner. We are located in downtown Orlando and are a rapidly growing e-commerce agency that has specialized in the management of affiliate marketing programs for the past 10+ years.

We are seeking a full-time Account Manager with experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or online marketing. Strong relationship-building and analytical skills are a must. Additionally, we require our Account Managers to be skilled in the ability to:

  • Structure online marketing strategies
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Build friendly and trustworthy relationships with merchants through regular correspondence
  • Lead client calls
  • Spot and communicate market trends
  • Analyze and interpret performance sales reports including sales data, conversion, ROI, etc.
  • Understand tracking and technical aspects of affiliate marketing programs
  • Express interest in taking on increased responsibilities as they may evolve
  • Work self-directed at a quick and steady pace
  • Manage 1-2 Business Development Managers (BDM) focused on recruitment/distribution efforts

We may give preference to candidates who live in Orlando or Chicago, though we will consider all qualified applicants.

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager (BDM) for identifying and recruiting relevant sites into our affiliate programs. Another function is cross-recruiting affiliates we already work with from their current AffiliateManager.com merchant-programs into other relevant AffiliateManager.com merchant programs we have to offer. A candidate with a background in e-commerce would be ideal, but most importantly, we need a person with excellent customer service skills as this position calls for strength in relationship-building.

  • Identify new, relevant AffiliateManager.com merchant-programs for our affiliates based on the AffiliateManager.com merchant programs the affiliates are already participating in
  • Build friendly and trustworthy relationships with affiliates quickly through communication, follow-up, and coordination
  • Manage recruitment data through active use of Microsoft Office, Internal Recruitment Tool, and Gmail
  • Report recruitment progress to Account Manager
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Correspond regularly with affiliates via email and telephone
  • Express interest in taking on increased responsibilities as they may evolve
